Your information at cricket

For kids who train with a club or coach that uses OverOut.

Your club or coach uses OverOut to plan training. Here’s what it keeps about you, who can see it, and what you can do.

What OverOut knows about you

  • Your name, and how old you are. Your coaches see your age, but not your birthday.
  • Who to call if something happens at training.
  • Anything your parents tell your coaches to keep you safe, like asthma or an allergy.
  • Which sessions you go to, and whether you came.
  • What your coaches write about your cricket, like what you’re working on.

What it doesn’t know

  • No photos of you, no school and no home address.

Who can see it

  • Your parents.
  • Your coaches, and the people who run your club.
  • Never other kids, or their parents.

What you can do

  • Ask your parents to show you what’s kept about you. They can download all of it.
  • If something’s wrong, tell your parents or your coach, and they can ask us to fix it.
  • If you stop coming, your information is deleted a year after your last season, unless it’s needed to keep someone safe.
  • If anything at training worries you, tell a parent or another adult you trust.

If you’re 15 or older

You can usually make your own choices about your information. You can ask your club or coach about it yourself, or write to us at privacy@mizar.com.au. Our full privacy policy has all the details.
