Pricing
These prices are placeholders until OverOut launches.
One weekly price for your organisation, charged only in the weeks you’re coaching.
Your weekly price
A Student Band, set by how many students have a confirmed place in your season, plus a seat for each extra coach.
| Students with a place | Per week, including GST |
|---|---|
| 1 to 20 | $15.00 |
| 21 to 60 | $35.00 |
| 61 to 150 | $65.00 |
| 151 or more | $95.00 |
Coach seats: $8.00 a week, including GST, for each coach beyond the first who runs sessions in the season. Cover coaches don’t count.
For example, 45 students and 3 coaches: $51.00 a week.
How you’re billed
- Your first 14 days are free, and we don’t ask for a card to start. If you don’t subscribe, nothing is charged.
- Billing is weekly, in advance, at noon each Sunday, through Stripe.
- You’re billed only in weeks when you have a season running. Between seasons, billing pauses by itself.
- A week your whole organisation is on a break, declared before the week starts, isn’t billed.
- Your band is set by the season’s highest count so far, so it doesn’t go down mid-season. It starts again with each new season.
- Cancel any time from your billing settings.
Billing is covered by our Customer Terms.
What families pay you
Stays between you and them. OverOut records what each session costs, so families’ weekly summaries are right, without taking a cut.
